These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to https://spinofsin.com (the “Site”) and information about Spin of Sin live events hosted by Switch Kitchen / (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By using the Site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Live play also requires the separate Participation Waiver Form when you play at the booth.
1. What this Site is
The Site promotes Spin of Sin, shares schedules and expectations, links to tickets/partners, and may collect email signups or form responses. Event details can change. Third-party sites (Sin City, ticket sellers, Google Forms, SwitchKitchen.tv, social platforms) have their own terms and policies.
2. Intellectual property — content, brand, and ideas
Unless we say otherwise in writing, we own or license Site materials and Spin of Sin creative assets, including:
- names, logos, branding, and trade dress;
- text, graphics, photos, video, audio, and design;
- show format, wheel concepts, run-of-show, segment ideas, and presentation;
- schedules, copy, and promotional materials.
Without our prior written permission you may not:
- copy, scrape, mirror, republish, or redistribute Site content;
- re-upload our photos/video to your site, channel, page, or paid product;
- use our name or logo to imply endorsement;
- copy or commercially exploit our show format, concepts, or creative ideas;
- remove watermarks/credits or frame the Site deceptively;
- use our materials to train AI systems where restricted by law or these Terms.
Personal viewing on the Site and normal public link-sharing are fine. That is not a license to reuse media or the format.
3. User submissions
If you submit email, form answers, messages, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it to operate the Site, events, follow-ups, and related communications, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit illegal, infringing, or non-consensual material.
4. Live events, venues, and house rules
Live Spin of Sin takes place inside host venues (for example Sin City Fetish Night) and is subject to venue rules, admission policies, and media policies. We may refuse or end participation at our sole discretion. See also our Consent & Safety Policy.
5. Known risks — impact / BDSM / sexual play (important)
By entering a Spin of Sin play space or participating in a scene, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Consent & touch. You consent to being physically touched in a BDSM and/or sexual manner only as agreed for the Spin of Sin experience and as verbally negotiated with your facilitator in the moment.
- Your limits are your job. You are responsible for knowing and communicating your limits. We use a stoplight safeword system: Yellow = ease up / limit approaching; Red = stop. Use them. If you cannot use safewords effectively, do not play.
- We can stop or remove you. A facilitator may ask you to leave the play space at any time, for any reason or no stated reason, without warning.
- Health conditions. You represent that you do not have underlying physical or mental health conditions that make this experience unsafe for you. Examples include (not limited to) pacemaker or serious heart conditions, pregnancy, conditions worsened by stress/pain/restraints, or allergies (e.g. latex) relevant to play. If you are unsure, do not participate — ask a medical professional first.
- Own risk / no liability for injury. You enter and play at your own risk and accept consequences of participation. To the maximum extent allowed by law, facilitators, booth staff, Switch Kitchen, , and venue partners are not responsible for injury (physical, mental, or emotional), short-term or long-term, arising from your experience. BDSM/sexual contact includes risks of bruising, marks, soreness, skin breakage, nerve issues, emotional drop, triggering, or other harm.
- RACK. You understand this is risk-aware consensual kink (RACK). No scene is risk-free. Negotiation and safewords reduce risk; they do not eliminate it and do not make us insurers of your safety.
- Media at events. Booths inside event spaces follow the event media policy. Do not record on your phone. Hired photographers or onsite staff may capture photos/video that may be used in advertising or galleries. We generally try to ask before a clear identifiable photo when practical; event rules still apply.
- Email follow-up. Your email from the waiver/signup may be used to follow up about your experience and to send information about us and our products. You may unsubscribe; re-filling the booth form may re-subscribe you as described on the form.
- Voluntary & of age. You are 18+ (or older if the venue requires) and participate of your own free will — not under coercion, trafficking, or third-party control.
Before live play you must complete the current Spin of Sin Participation Waiver Form. If the form and these Terms differ on a play-night detail, the waiver you sign that night plus facilitator instructions control for that session.
6. Informational content
Content on the Site is provided for general information and promotion of Spin of Sin events and related projects. It does not create a professional-client relationship and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional where that would be appropriate for your situation.
7. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or working third-party links.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM SITE USE OR FROM ATTENDANCE/PARTICIPATION IN EVENTS DESCRIBED HERE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO CAD $50, or the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific item giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, unsafe or non-consensual conduct at events, or infringement of others’ rights.
10. Copyright / IP complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights, send a notice through our Contact Us page with your contact info, description of the work, the URL, and a good-faith ownership statement. We may remove or disable material at our discretion.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
